Sensibiliser au handicap les collaborateurs de BNP Paribas de façon positive et dynamique tout en informant sur les gestes de prévention des troubles musculo-squelettiques (TMS).

Un événement participatif dans le Parc des sports de Rueil-Malmaison mêlant une initiation à deux disciplines paralympiques, le cécifoot et le sprint non-voyant avec guide, et la mise en place d’un stand de sensibilisation aux handicaps invisibles et de prévention aux risques des TMS.
Quatre sportifs paralympiques de haut niveau ont animé et encadré l’événement : Timothée ADOLPHE (sprinteur non-voyant) et son guide de compétition Jeffrey LAMI, Arnaud ASSOUMANI (champion paralympique et recordman du monde de saut en longueur), Hakim AREZKI (médaillé d’argent aux Jeux Paralympiques de Londres et membre de l’équipe de France de cécifoot) et Tidiane DIAKITE (équipe de France de cécifoot).
Les collaborateurs ont ensuite pu les questionner sur l’expérience qu’ils venaient de vivre et sur les éléments d’information sur le handicap qui leur avaient été transmis.
