The leaders of Banque Populaire Rives de Paris asked Handiamo! to organize during the SEEPH 2016 a conference for their collaborators on the theme « Disruption management – Adaptability and innovation ».
It is in this context that Handiamo! organized this conference on 16 November 2016 in the amphitheater of the Banque Populaire Rives in Paris, with speakers Timothée ADOLPHE, (blind athletic champion and winner of the Banque Populaire Foundation), and his guide Fadil BELLAABOUSS.
Prior to the conference, employees of Banque Populaire Rives de Paris were able to relive the 400m run by Timothée ADOLPHE and his guide during the Rio Paralympic Games.
Timothée ADOLPHE and his guide then intervened by describing in particular:
– Their journey.
– The way they handled the breaking situations they faced.
– How they have managed to adapt to their new situations.
– The innovative solutions they have put in place to become performers at the highest level.
– The parallel between the relationship that Timothée ADOLPHE has with its guide and the relationship that the managers of the Banque Populaire Rives de Paris have with their collaborators, as well as the relations that Banque Populaire Rives de Paris has with its clients.
Timothée ADOLPHE and his guide then answered the questions asked by the employees of Banque Populaire Rives de Paris.
At the end of the conference, the exchanges continued in an informal and convivial way around a lunchtime cocktail.
Testimony of Valentine CRABIE, in charge of the Schools and Handicap Relations Unit
